Use a specific verb when the button should signal that Atlas already has context for that action, rather than a blank conversation. **Inside a summary card** (AI-generated or Atlas-generated): * The icon lives on the card itself (sparkle for AI-generated, Atlas logo for Atlas-generated) — never on the button. * CTA button: no icon. Label format: "\[Verb] with \[Atlas/AI]". * The Atlas/AI word choice is independent of the card's own icon — an AI-generated card can still have a button that says "Investigate with Atlas." Pick whichever word reads clearer for that specific action. AI-generated summary card with a sparkle icon and an Investigate with Atlas button Atlas-generated summary card with the Atlas logo and a Discuss with Atlas button **Outside a summary card:** the icon and the word "Atlas" in the label are mutually exclusive — never both, never neither. * Using the Atlas icon → omit "Atlas" from the label (e.g., \[Atlas icon] Process Invoices) * Not using the icon → name Atlas explicitly in the label (e.g., Discuss with Atlas) Process Invoices, which uses the Atlas icon and omits the word Atlas, beside Discuss with Atlas, which has no icon ## Where Atlas Entry Points Exist A user without access sees no Atlas entry points. The launcher is absent from the global nav. Summary-card CTAs, standalone buttons, and mobile entry points are absent too. **Global navigation** — a persistent launcher icon in the top nav, available on any page. It turns blue when the Atlas window is open, neutral when closed. See Button Copy & Icon Rules, above, for how the card and the button should be labeled together. Atlas-generated summary card with the Atlas logo and a Discuss with Atlas button **Standalone** — a dedicated button elsewhere on a page, independent of any card. **Mobile:** * Field Mobile App (technicians) — a FAB, plus contextual "Ask Atlas" buttons on specific tabs. * Atlas mobile (the standalone owner app) — chat is the entire app, not an entry point within another product.
