Overview
Hermes GPT is intended to be used when developing or refining content for UI elements. The goal of Hermes GPT is to ensure cohesive, user-focused communication, reduce friction in the user experience, and continuously improve content effectiveness through data-driven insights.Best Practices
1. Review Internal documentation on Company-specific Guidance and Examples.- To see ServiceTitan specific examples and more information, review the cheat sheet here. Below is a summary of that document.
- Always add the relevant phrase at the end of your request to avoid GPT hallucinations. This helps the AI provide responses that are consistent with company policies and standards.
- When you need specific capitalization rules, ask for them separately. This helps ensure clarity and prevents any misunderstanding or errors in the generated content.
- Always provide as much context as possible in your requests. Detailed context helps the AI generate more accurate and relevant content.
Additional Tips
- Be specific: Instead of asking for a general “sentence,” specify the topic, audience, tone, and length.
- Iterate and refine: If the first response isn’t perfect, use follow-up questions to refine the output.
- Review and edit: Always review the AI-generated content for accuracy and alignment with company guidelines before finalizing.
